My Disability Plus invites you to join in a week of events and activities to help improve the minds of you and the people you care about.

During the pandemic, many have focused on physical health.  However, the importance of mental health is essential too!

 

This year's theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is loneliness. 

The committee of My Disability Plus are pleased to have organised a programme of diverse events.

Explores how mindfulness can help reduce your stress
