IMPORTANT FACTS TO NOTE

- 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues at some point in their life

- The cost to the UK economy of mental health is £118 billion

- 66% face anxiety issues about heating their home

- 42% of young people 16-24 face anxiety issues

- 1 in 6 young people face mental health issues in primary school

    Last year this was popular and helped those separated or alone to join in.
